Hello, welcome to my page.

I’m glad you’re here! The most important thing you need to know is that I have the expertise and lending options to ensure that your loan will close and close on time! I work for my clients, not the other way around, so I help my clients understand all the available options so that they are informed and confident in their decisions. When making an offer to purchase a new home, I’ll ensure that you are pre-approved, not just pre-qualified, which will make sure that your offer is as strong as possible.

No two people are the same and likewise, no two transactions are the same. An offer of a “low” rate doesn’t mean anything if the loan never closes. My clients have access to my network of lending partners which ensures a wide array of loan products and extremely competitive terms regardless of the complexity of the loan position they are in.

A great deal of my business comes from referrals from satisfied clients. My goal is to forge lasting relationships with my clients by providing excellent communication throughout the process, having no “surprises” at closing, and closing on time!

My family and I currently live in northwest Douglas County where we enjoy the beauty and wildlife of Roxborough State Park and Waterton Canyon areas. When I am not assisting clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, enjoying the outdoors, and being involved with my church.
